Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

The processing time is the time we need to process your shipment after we receive your order and physically dispatch it. Orders are usually received within 7 to 10 business days. Custom made orders are received within 10 to 14 business days. 

Please note that the processing time may be longer if your personal shipping info is wrong, or your address undeliverable, or other unexpected issues come up. In that case we will contact you within 48 hours.
